GoAir - No refund for ticket cancellation by the company
My flight with PNR - A6P9FM from Bengaluru to Mumbai scheduled on the 6th of June in which I had booked 3 seats got cancelled because of "issues beyond out control" as stated by goAir. For full refund they asked to contact the customer care but no body has been replying to there calls. The flight was scheduled on 6th of June at 8:45 am and because o[censored]rgent need to reach Mumbai, I was forced to book a train instead...
Dear Sir,
My trip was planned from Goa to New Delhi on 30 Apr 2020. but my flight cancelled by GO Air due to lock down in country due to COVID-19.
So company protect my booking amount in credit shell instead of refund in my account.
Credit shell validity is one year. while i am unable to plan my travel at least one year. so there is no mean of credit shell.
I have sent multiple mail to GO Air Management ( MD, CEO)...
before 1 year i have booked 4 tickets of Kingfisher Airlines for Travel with family holidays. Kingfisher Airlines is dead and not operating from last 12 months and hence I couldn't fly because of them issue. But they are not refunding my amount also till now. I am not getting any contact nos of them, all are invalid. Please help me needful.
