My Bilcare Ltd, Pune FDR No 812407 for Rs 2 lakh has matured on 28 Aug 2013. The FDR has been forwarded to the Registrars to the FDM/s Kisu Corporate services, Mumbai 400004 through M/s Bajaj Capital, Pune through whom I had made the FD, on 28 Jul 2013. I have received the interest warrant on the FDR for Rs 21956 with Rs 964 / - deducted as Tax. This is despite my submitting Form 15 G in Apr 2013. Therefore, I have forwarded the Form 15 G afresh for FY 2013-14 again along with the maturing FDR sent through Bajaj capital. To date I have not received any intimation nor the Principal / TDS deducted wrongly. The Company must pay additional interest for the delayed period as well. This should also act as a caution for those investing in such poor servicing companies.
