Need to refund money against fraud holiday package organization 'Club Group of Hotels'
I have taken 2 yrs validity trial package worth Rs.15000/- in Feb, 2014 with lot of facility( like Buffet System without any cost including breakfast, lunch, dinner, Pick and Drop facility from Hotel to railway station without cost, Local Sightseeing Tour facility, Many other accessories). But on the time of booking , person told me no committed facility provide by "Club Group of Hotels" and not able to get booking....
I have booked my tickets from GOIBIBO.com and it has been more than 40 days I canceled my tickets.Till now I have not received any amount credited into my account. My booking ID is TUALWXKZO
