It's not about how good you are in making a sale but it's rather how good you are handling the grievances. Time has gone where it's about customers satisfaction it's time for customers delight & one who had understand This has achieved peaks.
My wife bought one watch from this store of Rama watch company at pacific mall delhi on my birthday & same was packed by the store only & when I opened it got surprised that the luxury rc watch was having two major scratches on it. Knowing that I went to the store & got surprised by the attitude of non accepting/listening the same while accepting that watch has not used/worn & denied that nothing can be done now.
Hearing this I left the watch it's invoice along with with contact details to store only & asked them to keep it to them as a gift from my side & left the store.
Few minutes later their morality got awake & got a call saying that we will sent it to company & will see what can be done since we acknowledge that it's not being worn in a day or two.
Almost a week is passed by & didn't received any feedback & I have left it to the mercy of store keeper only to enjoy this as a charity.
Please be aware of such practices & frauds of high business of refurbished/defected watches sellers.
