Dear Sir,
My trip was planned from Goa to New Delhi on 30 Apr 2020. but my flight cancelled by GO Air due to lock down in country due to COVID-19.
So company protect my booking amount in credit shell instead of refund in my account.
Credit shell validity is one year. while i am unable to plan my travel at least one year. so there is no mean of credit shell.
I have sent multiple mail to GO Air Management ( MD, CEO), DGCA, Aviation Minister.
But no one is responding on this matter.
I do not expect such type of rude behavior.
I want my booking amount refund in my bank account only.
No one is authorized to protect my hard money in credit shell.
So i request to you please help me on this matter.
