I am a regular observer of T.V. show “PROPERTY MANTRA” on “DELHI AAJ TAK” on every Sunday at 9.30 am to 10..00 am .
As per Mobile number displayed on T.V. during show of “ PROPERTYCHACHA.COM” run by Mr.SHANTI SWAROOP SATIJA,I contacted him on phone for help regarding some differences with one builder regarding Payment/Interest waiver.
Mr. SHANTI SWAROOP SATIJA offered me to visit his office Accordingly I contact Mr. SHANTI SWAROOP SATIJA & explain the facts & my grievance with builder .He assured me to arrange a meeting with builder after getting an appointment.
At the same time he requested me to invest Rs.300000/-in his company for one month only & he will give Rs.27000 /- extra.
On his repeated request I gave him a cheque of Rs. 300000/- But he never put his effort to arrange a meeting with the builder & hares me for the return of money invested with him .He returned the money after my several visits after 6th month.
Now through this e-mail I want to inform that no one should contact Mr. SHANTI SWAROOP SATIJA of Propertychacha.com as he is big Fraud & cheat.

After watching Property Mantra channel on Delhi Aaj Tak, I called Swaroop Satija to explore property investment idea. He invited me to his office in Cannaught Place, New Delhi. He asked for Rs.300,000 and gave me an offer that he will invest on my behalf and will give me a premium of Rs.50,000 on 3 months. I gave him a cheque of Rs.300,000 and he gave me a PDC of Rs.40,000 and Rs.310,000 for the month of June’13. It’s been 2 months from June’13 and he just me Rs.40,000/- till date. I’m chasing him every day and he always give me a week time to refund the money. He again now has promised me to return my balance money Rs.310,000/- by 18th Aug’13. I am going to file an FIR on 19th August’13 if my money is not returned. Any other person who Satija had cheated in past can reach out to me at rajinder28in@gmail.com, so that we can jointly take some action.
