Sir,
I have booked a plot through Property ChaCha (PropertyChacha.com) in Haridwar and Property ChaCha (PropertyChacha.com) assuring me that company will take all the responsibility for document and deposited amount by me but Property ChaCha (PropertyChacha.com) is not handing over money receipt of payment made to him nor giving me the address of developer since November 2011.
Property ChaCha (PropertyChacha.com) is saying that company has been closed & money will not be returned as deposited in company of developer. Now Property ChaCha (PropertyChacha.com) is saying he is not taking any kind of responsibility either documents or deposited amount from me.
Kindly suggest me what is the process to get the whole amount refund from Property ChaCha (PropertyChacha.com).
