Sir, We cooperated SHANTI SWAROOP SATIJA several times but SHANTI SWAROOP SATIJA are always changing your words.You always take kasam of your only son and promise to return our amount as per schedule you make but are cheating thereafter.On your request,when you came to our house in NOV,12last week,we returned your 27 bounced cheques from June to Nov,12 of Rs 10000/12000/20000 and you gave us three cheques inliew of these 27 bounced cheques amount as under with promises & kasam of your family members that these three cheques will be honoured on due dates but I am sorry to state that all these three cheques bounced on due date & thereafter thrice but you are not ashamed for at.(1) IDBI Bank ch no 056122 for Rs 250000/- dt 09.12.2012 )IDBI Bank ch no 056123 dt 18.12.2012 for Rs 250000/-(3) IDBI Ch No 056124dt 27.12.2012 for Rs 257000/-without adding any overdue amount for six month. Again you came to my house on 26th Jan,13 with the request that you will pay me the amount regularly
one Lac after 15 days and the balance full amount in MAY,13 POSITIVELY. On your REQUEST, I AGAIN RETURNED YOUR 49 BOUNCED CHEQUES GIVEN BY YOU TO US WITH DUE DATE OF PAYMENT FROM JUNE12 TO APRIL,2013. These cheques bounced twici/thrice on due date & after on presentation in the BANK due to insufficient balance in your account.
THIS WAY YOU ARE CHEATING WITH US TIME AND AGAIN.The amount which was given to you for one year,we ate not getting back in two years in addition to Mental Tension & TORCHURE given by you.Again you have requested to give you time to return money due up to MAY,13 Pl note today is 22nd may,2013
