Dear Sir/Madam, I called Reliance customer care no. on 18/10/2013 for signal loss issue & told to note the complaint for Smart Card No. 200883590122; reply was that the engineer will visit in next 48 hours. Then I called again on 22/10/2013 inquiring for the same; reply was, the complaint is not registered, so I requested to note the complaint again & the same thing was told that engineer will visit in next 48 hours. Till today i.e. 25/10/2013 07:35 PM complaint is not solved. Thank You.
