I have submitted a complaint on 7th regarding my AC which is not working and my complaint number is 4182603723. I have called customer care twice and they are not responding and promise me to come soon for resolve the issue. Why I am following these guys everytime as they don’t have any responsibility towards the customer. Be careful before buying any product from Samsung as they don’t provide you proper after sale services.
