We have purchased one AC on 08/06/2019. But due to some unavoidable circumstances we could not call them for installation.
Now we called the deeler for installation but he denied that we cannot offer free installation .
We decided to get it installed by outer agency when we opened the ac, one part something like wall mount of ac was missing.
We called the deelar and he directly denied by saying that i can not do anything since long time is passed its your responsibilty now..
In all this drama entire summer is passed
Now we need to install AC asap .
Plz help us how can we get the missing part.
This was the first time we purchased AC of voltas..
So much disappointed by deelar's unempethatic attitude..
Plz help us we need to install AC today or tommorrow.
Else we will have to purchase a new one ..
Which will result in economic lose to us..
