I bought XOLO Q1200 on 27/06/2014 since then i encountered many problem with handset and last 3 times handset submitted to service center. They kept handset for 15-30 days on each time. After lots of emails/calls they returned after repair but again in few days the same or another problem started. This is 4th time, again i submitted to service center when problem started in June 2015. They kept handset again not returned yet. Now handset warranty also got expired as they kept with them for 2 months. After several emails and call with XOLO customer care, they gave me another handset on 13/07/2015. When i went to service center to collect. When they checked the handset it was not working. They again kept this handset and still with them. So, I am suffering a lot, wasting my money and my time in keep rounding service center/emails/calls. Now I asked then return my money because XOLO mobiles are not durable anymore. Please find the below details about handset: 1. Mobile Model: Xolo Q1200 2. Service Center: Vijay Vergiva Enterprises, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi 3.IMEI No: 9118721502448214. In Warranty (at time of submission) I have all the receipts/emails, I can send you if required. I am registering this complain here as a last hope to get my money back.
