I have taken 2 policies from this company and whatever they assured me in return is actually not given to me . They started given me excuses that company is not in good position and share market is also not doing well or given me an option to renew it. I don’t understand if the company is not in position to pay the money why they force their customer to change the plan. And most important once they sell their policy they start avoiding your call as their targets are fulfilled. At the time of booking they has issued us a credit note that said they would refund us a part of the brokerage fee once we've made 30% payments. One of my friends invested in Chanden Vihar through Shanthi Swaroup Satija owner of Property Chacha in Buy back option with certain assured appreciation, but company is not refunding its due amount as well as assured return. My friend is very helpless because he is not able to do anything but running behind these directors false promises.
All the projects launched by propertychacha.com. I seems illegal and based on fraud.

I bought a four years maintenance contract from Godrej for a split AC in Jun 2012 for which I paid Rs 5076/. I issued a check and was verbally told that all functional parts and Gas filling will be covered. The person promised to send the contract papers by post which he did not send. On my complaint through E Mail, the GOdrej Appliance Manager, wrote an apology letter giving an extended warranty of 4 years and one month on the lines of original warranty. Here also, no other papers were sent thus giving me an impression that all items are covered in the contract.
