I booked a residential plots IN BHIWADI through Sampatti Trading and Developers limited in Mar 2015. I paid all 9 installments (Rs 2638038). In Dec 2015 The project declared illegal by Government authority. This is a case of severe negligence and fraud a nd can not be tolreted. so it is obligatoruy duty of Sampatti Trading and Developers limited to refund my money if any delayed in payment refund i will sue to Mr satija who do people misguide by his show on Tv at property Mantra. I bought a flat from Sampatti trading. I have made an initial payment of 20% of the flat cost to initiate the agreement.
The sale agreement has huge many unfair trade practices which are clearly against the Indian law. It is completely in favor of the promoter and has no rights to protect the buyer. I booked an Apartment with Sampatti Trading with strong intent to buy it for self-purpose.
The source to fund this property planned was through 2 ways selling my land & taking loan in 40:60 ratio, when things were going as planned my colleague who is a qualified CA has told me in one of the conversation (in Nov'15) that I am selling my land within 3 yrs of purchase which will attract huge capital gain tax.
